If you run a swimming lesson programme using any of the ASA Awards then Reports Online is a must for you.

Originally designed to assist in the production of documentation relating to the National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS), it has developed into five modules and is growing steadily. The five modules will assist you from the moment you start to record a client’s progress through to producing a professionally finished certificate.

Most teachers can get to grips with the system quickly and are up and running within 10 – 15 minutes. Feedback has been very positive, they like the fact that they don’t have to remember to pick up blank reports from the office, mistakes can be easily corrected and they don’t get embarrassed if their hand writing looks like the local doctor’s!

Administrators have given us glowing feedback too, since all they have to do is download and print the teacher’s reports, it’s a simple process which can be completed in five minutes.

Unlike paper based reports which generally get filed and forgotten. Stored data can be used to provide next term’s teachers with information on each student’s progress, ensuring the student is taught the appropriate element of the syllabi.
